To mark the occasion, we hosted an intimate tasting event titled “A Pasta Affair” at Colette Lola Café Studio Permata Hijau, introducing a new lineup of pasta creations made with premium ingredients and the brand’s signature creative touch.
The event served as the soft launch of Colette Lola’s new pasta menu, offering a curated tasting session for select key opinion leaders from the food, lifestyle, and beauty communities. The goal was to generate authentic storytelling and organic buzz on TikTok and Instagram, while showcasing Colette Lola’s transformation from a dessert brand into a full lifestyle café.
The name A Pasta Affair was chosen to express a personal and emotional connection with pasta — the universal comfort food loved by all ages — making the experience warm, memorable, and shareable.
The Menu: Crafted with Creativity
Guests enjoyed a guided tasting featuring Colette Lola’s newest savory innovations, each dish crafted to surprise and delight. From vibrant flavors to thoughtful ingredient pairings, every plate highlighted a fresh chapter in Colette Lola’s culinary journey. To perfect the harmony between Italian and Indonesian flavors, Colette Lola surprised guests with a special dessert — Tiramisu! A modern take on the Italian classic, this indulgent treat beautifully ties the tasting experience together and will soon be available as part of Colette Lola’s daily menu.

Event Experience
Held at the Colette Lola Café Studio Permata Hijau outlet, the event carried a private Italian tasting theme - fresh, cozy and intimate. Guests were welcomed with Colette Lola’s own Dubai Chocolates and refreshments before joining the guided pasta tasting, hosted by Dele and prepared by Chef Gabriel. Each dish was accompanied by storytelling about its inspiration and ingredients, creating a culinary experience that felt both heartfelt and interactive.
The event also marked the first collaboration between Colette Lola and Raine Beauty, a partnership that the brand hopes will continue through future lifestyle initiatives. It also strengthened Colette Lola’s ongoing collaboration with Forte Pilates, reflecting a shared commitment to wellness, creativity and community connection.
The session continued with live content creation, as KOLs filmed their genuine reactions for TikTok and Instagram Reels, followed by a warm closing moment featuring thank-you speeches, group photos and personalized gift bags.
