On occasion, cakes do get damaged while en route, if this should happen, your driver will contact us to arrange for a replacement cake to be sent out as soon as possible.

The driver will present the cake to person taking delivery to confirm the status of the cake, they will also obtain a signature of the receiver as well as take a photo of the cake.

A copy of the signature & photo will be made available on request.

Order Online

• Check the product page to see if the item is available for pickup.
• Order online and select your pickup date/time.
• Minimum 1hr lead time required
• Your order will be ready for pickup at your selected pickup time

Our outlet team may contact you to confirm your order.
Should an item not be in stock our outlet team will call to advise and suggest a replacement.
Orders can only be canceled or changed with a minimum of 3hrs notice before your selected pickup time.
