Where can I find coupon codes?
We offer coupon codes though our Rewards Program "Cakes with Benefits".
Signup is free & automatic when you create an account on the website.
You can earn points for various actions as well as purchases, you can then use these points to get coupon codes or use the points directly in the checkout page to apply a discount to your order.
For further information see our rewards page here or expand our Rewards Program bar on the bottom left of your screen.
Once your order has been placed we are unable to apply a discount.
The coupon will be applied if:
a. coupon is still valid
b. if the order meets the coupon criteria (ex. Minimum spend is reached, required product is in the cart).
Coupon codes may have certain exclusions apply.

Yes, the shipping address can be updated until 6pm the night before your delivery date.

There are 2 ways to create an account.
- Click the 'Log In' button at the top right of the page
- After adding products to your cart, you will be prompted to create an account during checkout
There are several benefits to creating account.
- You can save your billing and shipping addresss for future use, this saves time during checkout.
- You can check your order history and order status's.
- Creating an account also enters you in to our reward program "Cakes with Benefits" where you can earn "Cake Points" from various actions as well as purchases, you can then use these "Cake Points" to redeem coupon codes or apply a discount directly in the checkout page.
Joining our rewards program is Free and happens automatically when you create an account on the website.
Points are automatically earned for every purchase* you make while logged in on the website. You will also earn points if ordering via our Hotline provided you already have an account on the website.

Points are accrued at a rate of:
Tier 1 "Silver" - Earn 1 "Cake Point" for every Rp 10,000 spent
Tier 2 "Gold" - Earn 1.5 "Cake Points" for every Rp 10,000 spent
Tier 3 "Platinum"- Earn 2 "Cake Points" for every Rp 10,000 spent
You will also earn 200 bonus points for joining the program.
1 off and limited event actions can also rewards points such as Liking us on Facebook, Following us on Instagram, Sharing on Facebook.
You can also earn unlimited rewards by sharing your referral code.
Your friend will receive a coupon code for their first order, if they complete their purchase you will also receive a coupon code for your next order
All customers will start on Tier 1.
To reach Tier 2: earn 300 points in a year.
To reach Tier 3: earn 1,000 points in a year
Points balance must be earned each year to maintain tier status.
To earn "Cake Points" you must log in before completing the purchase, no points can be awarded if you were not logged in at the time of order.
To redeem points, make sure you are signed in then simply open the rewards popup at the bottom left of the screen.
Active coupons will show at the top of the popup.
To redeem your points scroll down until you see the button to "Spend Cake Points"
You can also use points directly in the checkout page to apply a discount to your order.
your points will expire if you have not earned or redeemed points in a 12-month period.
If this occurs, your points balance will be reset back to zero and your tier level downgraded.
However, as long as you earn or redeem points at least once in a 12-month period your points won't expire.
