We offer the following delivery options.
Same Day Delivery: For orders placed before 4pm on select products.
Next Day Delivery: For orders placed before 6pm
Future Delivery: Orders can be placed for up to 45 days in advance.

Orders can be placed online for pickup in-store.
Pickup is available 7 days a week & can be pre-booked for up to 7 days in advance.

Yes, the shipping address can be updated until 6pm the night before your delivery date.

What if I am missing an Item or my cake was damaged?

If this does occur please inform the driver or our customer service team straight away and will:
- arrange to have the missing item sent out as soon as possible
- arrange a replacement cake or refund
Please note, if having your cake delivered to a reception or other 3rd party we cannot be held responsible for improper storage or handling after delivery

How to Using Cashback :
1. Every time you make a purchase with a minimum of IDR 300,000 and a maximum of IDR 2,000,000.
2. You will get cashback 10% on every next purchase transaction.
3. You can enter the voucher code before payment.
Terms and Conditions
Cashback:
a. Minimum purchase starts from IDR 300,000,- and maximum purchase IDR 2,000,000,-
b. Cashback will be calculated from the order amount, excluding shipping costs.
c. Cashback can only be used once per purchase.
General Requirements:
- Cashback cannot be used as a shipping discount.
- This code will be unique, please do not share the voucher code with other people.
- Cashback vouchers cannot be combined.
- The same voucher code cannot be used repeatedly.
- Unused cashback vouchers can be collected and are valid for 6 months from the date they are received.
Example:
a. Shopping Rp. 450,000,- will get cashback Rp. 45,000,-
b. Shopping RP. 1,200,000,- will get cashback Rp. 120,000,-
